Scribe and Justin Strauss are cousins. Together they are Cousin Cousin (pr. Koo-'zan Koo-'zan). It's french for Cousin Cousin. Oui oui. Cousin Cousin is a brand new party starting this Friday at a brand new venue called the303 at Louie & Chan , in Chinatown. It's exactly the kind of place that we love. Small, dark, great sound system, and great people. Disco, House, and all that good stuff. See you there. This Saturday marks four years since the very first I Love Vinyl party at the Gallery at LPR back in 2009, so we are throwing ourselves a Birthday Party, and you are all invited! To make things more festive, we have invited a few talented friends to join us. Natasha Diggs of Mobile Mondays will be joining us on the decks. And Dee Phunk of Rare Form/Donuts Are Forever  joins us as special guest Master of Ceremonies. Four years is a long time in club land these days, so we feel very lucky to still be here. That wouldn't be possible without you, so, THANK YOU! We look forward to showing you our appreciation the best way we know how... See you Saturday!

Another beautiful set of photos of beautiful people by our beautiful photographer, Seher . This was her first time shooting at the 70 N. 6th Street location, and it was a challenge, since the air conditioning wasn't working, and the place was like a sauna! (Sorry about that, by the way. The ac is 100% fixed and ready to go for this Saturday) But Seher and the crowd were great and we had a great sweaty time. Looking forward to another great one this Saturday, with a little less sweat (just the right amount).

GE-OLOGY's monthly solo residency is back, now at Polar Lounge, where many of the SubMercer's orphaned parties have found a new home. Life On Mars on Friday, I Love Vinyl on Saturday. Sleep on Sunday.
