we wanted to do something big for halloween this year, so we joined forces with the cool-as-shit Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy DIY art space,
FREECANDY, and our friends at
Sound Liberation Front, who are contributing their brand new, stunning, custom-built, monster of a sound system, the Tower of Sound. we provide the music, play it through that system, and into that space, for you to dance and party, and it's going to be awesome. if that isn't enough to entice you, we are pulling out all the Halloween stops, with spooky decorations, a $100 prize for best costume, 3-D glasses that make everything look all trippy without the risk of going crazy and eating someone's face (which would be very halloweeny, but not really what we're going for), and, of course, free candy!
